• This is not a computer. It is a Chromebook and as such runs ChromeOS and not Windows. You will not be able to install Photoshop or Lightroom.

• This computer is not meant to handle heavy processing and multiple applications running at same time. This is not a full-fledged PC. I think you would be better off getting something with more cpu and memory.
