A:AnswerI highly doubt it’s ready for pick up. Seems as if it needs to be shipped to your specific store. At least that was the case for me. I would not recommend this laptop to anyone unless your sole purpose was to ONLY use the internet. There is absolutely no memory on this laptop. I could download chrome, I wasn’t able to download Microsoft word. When I returned the laptop, Best Buy wasn’t even able to factory reset it because of how little memory there was.

A:AnswerI would say no. There is not much memory (ram) that can not be increased. In addition the storage capacity is small and limited to the size of an SD Card . I use this for business where we don't need much since we access everything via a web browser.

Because of this they don’t have much for on board storage but they also are not expensive either.
