As someone who's owned both, I would say if you're not a huge high gfx gamer (on your laptop that is), then I would keep the $200 and get the Acer, which is the one I have now. The ThinkPad is awesome though, and if you don't care about price, then I would get the ThinkPad. ThinkPad is better spec wise and also it comes with a stylus! But I wanted to save $ and tried out both of them, but I found that I never play serious games on my laptop and that the Acer is fast so I had no complaints about it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Nvidia 940M in the Yoga will give you about double the gaming performance of the R14's integrated graphics. If you don't plan to play video games on it, the discrete graphics and stylus aren't worth an extra $200.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If price is a concern, no doubt go for this. Cheaper, sturdy, and same specs. Lenovo may be more reputable but Acer really proved themselves with this one.
