The keyboard backlight is controlled either in the Nitro Sense application (N button on the number pad) or in the systems Bios. In Nitro Sense you click on the settings icon in the upper right and then click off the keyboard backlight timeout button. To access the Bios navigate to the recovery screen under the computers settings application. Under the advanced restart options you can choose to restart the laptop and access then iOS settings. Use the left/right arrow keys to navigate to the correct tab, then the up/down keys to navigate to the setting and finally press enter to change the setting. Do not change anything else in the Bios menu. Make sure to exit saving changes (or if you change something on accident exit discarding changes).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. The keyboard backlight will go off after approximately 30 seconds of inactivity. Unfortunately there isn't a way to change this feature.
