Make sure you to the vid card control panel and enter the right resolution (1080) and then select 240 as refresh rate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In order to get above 60 hz you will need to hook up the display port cable. So turn pc off off and monitor as well. Hook up both hdmi and display port cable. Most times gsync will connect right away and it will tell you your using DP input and you will be able to run 100-240hz. If DP doesn’t connect go into your card settings and turn on gsync.

We suggest you check with the vendor of your GPU to see what the highest refresh rate it supports. If it supports it, that resolution should show up and you can select it under the display properties.
