Check your the placement of your infrared wired receivers. Direction s says it should be mounted on the front corner of the TV. Then try rebooting the receiver and transmitter devises. I mounted my on the left corner of the TV and had no problems. You can also check 3mm plug to make sure it’s plug all the way in. I think you can swap the infrared wires on both the receiver and transmitter to see if it’s actually a wire problem.
