A:Answer Yes I used it on my xfinity X1. It performed very well, however, when I turned off my TV and turned it back on, I got video but no audio. I had to reboot the Actiontec device (on the TV side) in order to get audio back. This MAY have had to do with my TV (it's an older model, but does have HDMI), but the same TV works with another HDMI-over-cat5 device perfectly...So I'm not so sure it's my TV that was the problem.
But aside from MY problem, I can tell you overall the device works very well with X1.
The really great thing I love about Best Buy is that it is very easy to return things that don't work well, so I'd say give it a go, and if it doesn't work well for you, then just return it.
