• No.....You connect the HDMI Transmitter to the Cable box and the Receiver to the 2nd TV. The Transmitter will send a wireless HDMI Output signal to the Receiver .

• No the 2nd tv will broadcast what is on from the cable box

• no it doesn't just make sure you have 2nd tv on correct input - ie hdmi

• No. Just the receiver 1/2 of this wireless HDMI unit. I used velcro to attach the receiver to the remote TV and purchased an 18" HDMI cable.
