“I have not been able to receive any audio signal from the receiving side. Tried two different TV's and nothing in audio chain comes through. I have a great picture and signal but NO audio.”

• I have the same problem. Called their tech-support. They had me disconnect and re-connect everything in a specific sequence. Did not correct the problem. They said the device was not compatible with my (Yamaha) receiver.
