“My units were working fine and i changed the main tv to 4k and the only way the main tv will work is if i leave the second tv on if i turn off second tv the main one loses picture and say no signal turn the second tv back on and have signal on both tvs.”

I need more info. Pls provide info about your cable boxes. This product plugs one box into your cable box and then transmits that signal to the other box which is connected to the TV. So I am confused when you say you have two TVs.
