• You can watch on the 2nd TV whatever is on the 1st TV only. Yes you can watch Netflix, etc.

• This tech basically mirror broadcasts from your source of origin - so no - as far as I have experienced - if you are watching different shows - you would not be using this tech.

• I have this connected to a direct TV receiver. Both TVs will display the same channel. I have not tried Netflix or hulu. If the device is not used frequently you will have reestablish the connection from time to time. Otherwise the device works well.
