“We want to hook up two TVs to our cable box. One TV is in the living room with the cable box, the second TV is in the Casita, which is 50 feet from the cable box. Will this product transmit through walls? Regards, Jim”

Yes. Line of sight is best but it does transmit through walls.

Ours transmits through the built in cabinet, window, and exterior wall. One thing to note is that ours wouldn't work with HDMI 1, but worked fine using HDMI2. Glad we bought it!!!!. Ours is prolly between 30 and 40 feet apart.

According to the instructions it can however I have not personally tested that function. I have both of mine in the same room. I reorganized my room which forced me to move the TV away from the wall with the cable outlet. I only bought this product because I didn’t want to run cable wires along the floor. However if this thing continues to have occasional hick-ups..I may not have a choice.
