I should certainly think so... I have a powered hub with seven external hard drives connected via adapter to the Thunderbolt port. The adapter in between hub and computer converts USB Type A from the hub to USB Type C, which plugs directly into the port. My external monitor employs a standard monitor plug which I have hooked into an adapter that converts the signal to HDMI... ergo, use the HDMI port on the Xenia 15 for the secondary monitor. I'm just not familiar with an external monitor having a USB interface, which is the reason for my hesitancy in committing.
