No it has to do an invasion of my sound bar from harasser in my building please help

As far as the audio set up with the soundbar and sub woofer, you may be able to pair up the laptop and soundbar through Bluetooth. Both should have Bluetooth if they were bought in the last 5 years. If that doesn't work, you may have to run a cable from the soundbar directly to the laptop to connect it.
