Returned the sound bar, did not need it in the room tv was in. Tv sounded fine without it. The set up of my new tv, by geek squad, was done in record time. Would use Geek Squad again, great experience.

I have the tendency to be a pessimist. I projected how I wouldn't be satisfied and that something would go wrong. When the agents arrived to set up my massive new Klipsch speaker system and Yamaha Aventage RX-A870 Receiver they took complete control of the install. I watched in anticipation and occasionally looked over their shoulders to see how the set-up was going. Both agents gave me choices and recommendations when asked. I always welcome input after all both have done many installs. Both did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves and programmed my receiver and showed me how to make speaker level changes if I preferred to do so. As I write this review I'm sitting here typing and enjoying a great 4KHD DVD and the system is sounding like I'm in a theater. That was the effect I wanted and my 2 Best Buy Geek Squad Agents gave me what I desired. Thank you guys!

Geek Squad mounting a 75" tv along with a sound system. After installation, they took the time to explain all the new features. And helped us setup a few streaming services.

Two GEEK SQUAD TECHS came out to connect our LG Soundbar with Atmos Dolby/Vision Dolby & (2) rear speakers to my wife's LG OLED TV. The install went flawlessly, techs even set up her new cable control. She has been very happy with BB's TOTAL TECH SUPPORT PROGRAM! She is not a TECHIE, BB is a worry-free service, for her technical needs! BB even included FREE for 2 years a service plan on the soundbar. WOW!

I had them mount a new 65” Samsung 8K TV on a folding ceiling mount bracket. They then set up a home theatre system. All went without a hitch and they fine-tuned the new TV and Optimized the sound system

This sound bar is absolutely amazing. It has three speakers in it, and really elevates the sound of the TV itself. The subwoofer was placed on the opposite side of the room in the corner, and the base is amazing! I love that it works with Bluetooth.

The tech went over and beyond setting up my sound system. Took his time explaining everything he was doing and set it up for the best sound for the room. Overall a great experience.

The two gentlemen were great! Hung my 98 inch tv and sonos soundbar exactly how I wanted it. Followed my crazy OCD directions without complaint! Lol

The technician took great care to measure out, mount and set up my television and sound bar. They gave me options along the way about the set up and communicated everything before it happened. They even made some recommendations for Philips Hue lighting along with additional speakers to add to my Sonia system. I felt informed and comfortable by the time it was complete. The technicians were able to install earlier than planned which worked better with my schedule, they made sure to keep everything cleaned up as they went and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience.

The geek teck set up the sound bar and showed me how to use it.He also added an app to my tablet so i can control the sound bar from my tablet and also use to listen to my music on tablet

Fits perfectly under the tv. Easy setup and connection. I love the bass. I can feel it when it’s cranked up. Excellent choice.

The gentleman that came over we're very professional and respectful. (This was during Covid times too) I have a customized setup and the technicians worked with me to make sure everything was up to my standards and explained everything along the way.
