“i'm really confused they say that you CANT professionally calibrate a tcl q825 is that true?”

• Shoot to me is equivalent to possible I don’t need possible I need probable because if a tech comes out and he can’t calibrate my TV it’s a waste of my time and my money

• Hi there. Thank you for reaching out to us about this! We should be able to calibrate the TCL 8 series TVs. To calibrate any TV, make sure you've used it for about 150 hours, kind of like breaking in your shoes. From there, we should be able to come out and get that done for you. I hope this helps.
