    *Disclaimer, I am an employee and recieved a discount The above being stated, I personally do think its worth the money. Should it be a tad cheaper? Sure. This doesnt mean its not worth it. It really made my movies that much more enjoyable to watch. Colors are deeper and more accurate. Dark scenes are way easier to see (especially on my oled.) If you want to see the difference, watch starship troopers 4k before and after....just wow. Its like I am actually fighting the bugs myself.

    Our rep was fantastic and very knowledgeable. TV looks great!! Not what I expected because I was thinking it would be all about the picture have bright colors and but instead its real life colors and its a perfect picture. VERY SHARP!

    I gave this review two stars for several reasons. The tech guy who calibrates quickly set up the colors for 4K. This is fine when watching 4K. The issue is other media types such as DVD, Blu-Ray and even Netflix. The colors on those seem off. Gaming has the same issue. It would be nice if they set a few setting up for the different scenerios that you will watch.

    My big screen tv was calibrated. The tech was there for a little over an hour. He explained everything and answered all my questions. The tv settings that come preset were very bright but were not realistic. After calibration, the colors are true to life and set to my television' s room lighting.

    For those who like a very life like picture this service will optimize your picture to be very life like. after seeing the difference in the picture I had been watching I chose not to have it done, I liked the more dramatic colors I was already getting over the more real life picture offered by this being done. Its all personal preference so I recommend you seeing for yourself

    I just purchased this new 65" Sony UHD 4K TV and didn't even know a calibration would be needed, but when the guy came over and showed me everything he was doing, I could see the difference and realize it was something you definitely need to have done. The good news is I got it for a lot less than usual because I have the Total Tech Support Package, which I would highly recommend to anyone as you get their assistance for any product you have whether it was bought from Best Buy or not.

    Techs not Professional, don't have Right Equipment

    I live in Montgomery County PA 25 miles north of Philly, and this was my experience. I had my calibration scheduled for my Pioneer Pro Elite 111-FD Plasma on a Saturday October 29th 2016. The guy named Robert arrived on time and everything seemed normal. He was doing the calibration in movie mode and I told him that Pure Mode has the most options for calibration and he got very upset and told me "do you think you know more than me" He couldn't do what he called the "white balance adjustment" He called some kind of help desk or something and talked to a guy about getting into the service menu. He tried a dozen times and couldn't do it. He called a second guy and he told me that this model tv can't be calibrated and that NOBODY HAS EVER calibrated this tv EVER IN HISTORY. I told him that there are numerous magazine review of this tv being calibrated and that I've personally talked to people on forums who have this same tv and had it calibrated. He acted like I was crazy and that nobody has ever calibrated this model tv. He said I was rude for acting like this tv could ever be calibrated. The guy literally believed 100% that this model tv could never be calibrated and that nobody has ever calibrated this model tv. Talking to Robert was like talking to a Flat Earther.     Been waiting for the TV calibration service and so far I been re-schedule 5 times , they dont even call that they are not coming or anything , after all day waiting and I have to check my account to see whats going on and to my surprise been re-schedule again, my 5th in a littles less than 2 weeks. Im trying to call Best buy just to cancel my order, Avoid this at all cost!

    I was not happy with the way my movies looked while it was playing. Some of the color seem a bit off and after geek squad calibrated it, it made a big difference. They also have gave me a report of my settings before and after they setted it correctly.

    I wondered if I was wasting money. Wondered if technician would be qualified. My concerns faded away after watching the tech complete the calibration. Picture much better. Tech did a great job. If you’re wanting the best possible picture you need to get this done.

    I did not realize how distorted the color was on my new 75 inch Samsung. The technician explained the calibration was unique to the TV, the room, the lighting, etc. He was correct.
