The best thing to do is call Adobe directly. I bought 4 of these from Best Buy and only 1 was activated. After talking to someone who could barely speak English, I was sent out 4 more. Of those 4, again only 1 worked. After 20 min chatting online with Best Buy, I was told I had to call customer service. I had no interest in trying to explain this again to someone who can’t speak English. I’d had enough. Apparently each product has to be scanned on their end when a customer purchases in order for the item to activate. Obviously they do this haphazardly, then are absolutely no help when you try to get it resolved. I called Adobe directly and they were able to activate all my licenses and email me the serial numbers. I wish I had called Adobe from the beginning. I will never buy software from Best Buy again. Worst experience ever.
