• You can grow most herbs. I don't know about "exotic" herbs. Check with the Aerogarden group in Facebook. There are a bunch of people experimenting with what they can grow.

• It’s most likely too small (in terms of space between the grow bed and the lights) for what you’re thinking of ;) Most likely would get such a small yield that it wouldn’t be worth the effort
