- Answer You can purchase replacement seed and pod kits at so many places online. To name a few Aerogarden website, Walmart, Amazon,Bed bath and Beyond, Lowe’s, and Home Depot. There are a lot more options online just search in your browser aerogarden pods. You can even get seed pods of flowers like petunias.

- Answer I have not had much luck growing indoors for extended periods of time. I purchased the Aerogarden slim and 23 days in I have 4 inch tall plants and a variety of lettuce. I’m halfway to being able to harvest some for a salad.

- Answer Our Seed Pods are not reusable since they get overgrown with roots. You should have no issues with transplanting the Aerogarden seed pods into your own soil if you care to do so. Please visit our website to find our Grow Anything Seed Pod Kits that you can use to plant your own seeds in our seedpods. We do not recommend using any other products with the Aerogarden than our own, since we haven't tested their efficacy. - Answer You can grow tons of different things - currently I have lettuce on one side and herbs on the other. For larger plants like tomatoes/peppers I’d recommend sticking to just those rather than growing with other things at the same time

- Answer We're sorry to hear the tomatoes have not been produced yet. You should see yellow flowers on your tomato plants at 5-7 weeks and around week 8-9, tomatoes should set. Adding an extra capful of our Liquid Plant Food at each feeding will help your Tomatoes turn red, in this situation. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance. - Answer The AeroGarden Harvest Slim model would have the same features in both options but the complimentary seed kits would vary. You would either pick Flowers (Cascading Petunias) or Heirloom Salad Greens to accompany your AeroGarden.

Please visit our website to find our Grow Anything Seed Pod Kits that you can use to plant your own Cucumber seeds. It's beneficial to use a trellis system to support the vines as they grow. - Answer This product is designed for maximum efficiency for the plant. I did notice that the hours it turns off are 1 am to 8am. If you set the time incorrectly, you may be able to change the hours that the light is turned off.

QuestionAre these covered by one year manufacturer warranty? Mine was a gift for Christmas, and we have only been able to grow certain types of lettuce. Then suddenly the motor broke and mold keeps growing inside, even after cleaning with vinegar.

- Answer Our petunias, which came with the unit, have grown to about 12 inches tall. They've now started to droop over as they've continued to flourish, but were lush and bushy and upright for several weeks.

If you choose to try to use a power converter, please keep in mind that voids the warranty on the garden. You can find AeroGardens that will work with 220V/50Hz power on Amazon in the UK and Europe, currently, we do not sell for other countries. If purchased and brought to another country the warranty is voided. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team with any further questions or concerns.
