Hi dt7166! That is great question. Laundry appliances model GLTF2940ES3 and GLEQ2152ES0 are not compatible for stacking. There is a difference in specifications therefore each appliance would require a different stacking kit. Stacking these appliances would be considered a safety hazard. Stacking kit GLTF2940ES3 requires kit number STACKIT, model GLEQ2152ES0 requires kit model STACKIT2. We hope this information is of assistance.
