“Has anyone had this product rip their pool liner? Also when you pick it up and its on its side does it dump anything back into the pool?”

Thanks for your interest in our cordless robotic pool cleaner SG 800. Please feel rest that the device will not rip the pool liner as all parts that could touch the liner are with no sharp edges. Usually, the debris won't come back to the pool. If the issue occurs, to further make sure what caused the cleaner failure, please do the troubleshooting steps below to fix the issue: 1. Please confirm that whether the left and right buckles of the device are not damaged or broken, and can close both sides of the device normally. If the buckles are damaged or broken, you need to check whether the installation is damaged. If so, you need to replace the whole device. If not, you can replace the left and right buckle accessories; 2. Please lift the device from the bottom of the water to the surface slowly; 3. Please check whether the filter inside the device is damaged; 4. Please check whether the water inlet baffle at the bottom of the device is out of trouble/damaged, and whether it can be opened/closed normally.
