Where's the steelbook? null

Not sure about which game your speaking of but in my experience if you order a game offering a steelbook if you pick up in store and they don’t give it to you …you need to ask and ask for it and even show them the app…and if you ordered with shipping instead they always usually send the game together with the steelbook. If not you may need to call customer service and ask them to send it to you.

Right? I want to pre-order the game, but if there's no steelbook I'll probably just go to the store closest to me and pick up a regular copy.
