I did not get a pre-order bonus, will I get one? null

I did receive an email from Best Buy with the Playstation pre-order bonus code. Check your spam/promo emails. It didn't even say which game it was for, but when I redeemed it, the Aliens Hardened pack came up. I did pre-order a couple of days before release date.

I preordered as well and did not get one. I did a chat with best buy support and they said there is no preorder bonus. So poor communication from the publisher (read: they lied)
