• It has three bays one for a 3.5" HDD and two for 2.5" HDD. As it comes the 3.5" bay is used by the 2TB HDD and one 2.5" is used by the SSD and the other 2.5" bay is empty. As for a Graphics card it will accommodate one 1080 without an issue. A second card my bring problems.

• Yes, you can change the parts in the computer. Look on YouTube for reviews and they will show you how to open the case and change the parts.
