@Dell Your tech support did not even try to troubleshoot the issue. There only suggestion was to send in for servicing or exchange for a new one. I exchanged the device 4x because of the same issue. You need to do better with your quality of products. The Qualcomm Wifi card you put in there is a complete failure and garbage to say the least. You should check out Reddit and see that 100s of other people are saying the same thing. returning this device.
