“Are any of the USB C ports Thunderbolt 4 ports? Everything I can find on dell says it should have 2 but I can't find a spec sheet for this model specifically. Curious to know if the USB C ports can connect external monitors.”

This laptop does not include Thunderbolt 4 Ports. This laptop includes one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port that can be used to connect to external storage devices and provides data transfer speeds up to 5 Gbps(Note: This port does not support video/audio streaming).
