Can you sync multiple iOS & Android devices to the frame to upload pictures? Is there a limit? null

Multiple devices sync to it fine, tried it and connected from Android phone and IPhone, but that ended up being a moot point, as regardless of the device used, even though the app will still SAY it's sending to the frame, only the first 9 photos will ever actually show up on the frame itself. The app is rated abysmally for this reason on both Google Play and Apple store, so we ended up returning it like so many others who found this to be unacceptable.
There are much better options that work as they say they should, this just isn't one of them.

I think you just have to download the app to your phones and register them with the frame. But I have not tried this yet. I'm only using it with 1 phone.

I think there is a limit (5) to the number of linked devices.

Someone mentioned above that it only displayed nine photos. Was that even with a larger memory card? That sounds about right for a small card.
