In addition to the internal memory this frame takes USB drives & SD cards. If I put both things in the frame will it draw pictures from both sources along with the pics in the internal memory? Customer service said this only works in their wifi frames. null

Yes, to display all photos in the slideshow, please make sure that you select "All" in the photo menu where you see the thumbnail of the pictures. And yes, this only applies to the wifi models.

There is a selection for "All" though I have not tried it myself yet.
