“I have a google phone and google photos on the phone. When using the Aluratek app it will only pull up (from my "Camera Roll")214 pictures which only goes back 2 years. Do I have to delete the app and reload? I have 2 Aluratek devices & linked to another.”

The app can only send pictures that is stored on the phone and not from Google photos.
