• The frame can play videos formatted in .mp4 or .avi. Video should be scaled to the resolution of the frame if possible. Apple's .mov format will not work due to licensing. Video length depends on available memory in frame. Just make sure videos are not in HD, 2K, or 4K as most frames cannot handle such high definition video.
