• A:Answer Yes. Once the phone app is bound to the frame then you can send photos and as long as the frame is powered ON and connected to the WIFI your photos will make it to the frame.

Q: Questionwill frame display portriat and landscape oriented photos...will it rotate the portriat photos so I don't have to look at them sideways?

• A:Answer It does display both landscape and portrait photos. If it is not showing the correct orientation, you can rotate the picture using the touchscreen. The frame will remember the setting so it will show correctly the next time.

• A:Answer Depending on the size of the photos you could get a few thousand photos on there. I don't recommend that because just like with computer hard drives you should always save some space for frame OS operations. For best results though we recommend you scale photos down to 1600x1200 or less in size for that size screen. That frame can also play photos from a 32GB or smaller SD card or USB thumb drive. They do not have to be loaded into the frame.

• A:Answer Most likely not. All of our frames require you use a 32GB or smaller USB thumb drive or SD card. Nothing larger than 32GB because the frames read the FAT32 disk format. Photos should be in .jpg format. Larger disks/flash drives (64GB and up) usually use an extended file format.

• A:Answer No. The operating system in the frame is not sophisticated enough for a hacker to get into the frame, and no personal info is stored other than photos. Additionally you are the person who authorizes who can send photos to the frame.

• A:Answer I typically recommend videos no longer than 5 minutes, but it can handle 10 minutes or so. Convert the video to .avi format and scale the content as best you can to the screen resolution of the frame.

• A:Answer No. Anything ordered from Aluratek directly has a 30-day return period if there is a defect or issue. After the return period there is a 1-year replacement warranty on most things except for WIFI frames which come with a 2-year replacement warranty.

• A:Answer It can play music, but you cannot customize when the music plays vs certain photos. Simply put some .mp3 or .wav audio files onto a 32GB or smaller SD or USB drive, insert into the frame, and if Background music is set to on in Settings on the frame, then the frame will play the music while the frame shows your photos.
