Depending on the size of the photos you could get a few thousand photos on there. I don't recommend that because just like with computer hard drives you should always save some space for frame OS operations. For best results though we recommend you scale photos down to 1600x1200 or less in size for that size screen. That frame can also play photos from a 32GB or smaller SD card or USB thumb drive. They do not have to be loaded into the frame.

That depends on the size of your photo and if you buy an additional memory card.
