    Damaged product

    It came damaged screen busted returned it.. you cant expect to ship this item without additional protection.. was only in it's Original box with no protection on the screen the screen was smashed. You need to package items correctly. Stop being cheap and use additional boxes and padding to protect purchases.

    Avoid This Product

    I bought this product from BestBuy for more than six months and waited to compose this review. I was in search of a digital photo frame and ended up buying the Aluratek WiFi digital photo frame with touchscreen LCD display at BestBuy. This photo frame was easy to set up. However, not too long after, it began to malfunction even so often. The screen would blank out at times, the picture quality got poorer including not showing full images, the date and time stamp would be off, and the remote for the most part doesn’t work well. Most definitely I recommend not buying at all.

    Not sharp enough.

    It wasn't as sharp as I was hoping. After looking at the same picture on an Iphone screen and this screen simultaneously, the quality gap was far enough apart that I had to send it back.

    Affordable, easy and good clarity.

    This is our second Aluratek frame. We appreciate the ease of setting up, sending pictures from e-mail or phone. This frame allows anyone who has the password and has downloaded the app to send pictures too. There is no charge for cloud storage through Amazon. Worth the purchase

    Decent for the price

    For the price, it's a decent digital frame. 17" is a large picture. When comparing it to other digital frames I've purchased, I found the options and settings not as refined as others. I ended up returning the one I purchased and will save for a different brand.

  • will you be able to hear your video you transfer to the frame ? is there sound. build in audio can you add music to the frame

    Yes. All our frames have audio speakers. Make sure video is scaled to the resolution of the frame and in .avi or .mp4 format. Photos should be in .jpg format. And audio only files should be in .mp3 or .wav format.

  • How many pictures is 32000 mg ? Thank you !

    I don't know the exact picture amount, my 32 gb frame is holding over 8200 pictures with room for a whole lot more. Hope this helps you.
