The best frame ever. No subscription, easy to set up and use. The quality is great. We bought one for everyone in our family and can share our vacation pictures while we are still on vacation!! Highly recommend!

At first I was concerned when i download these app and saw the reviews as they weren't good but the actual frame and app both work great and do everything they're supposed to. I got this as a gift for my mom who moved to Michigan and The frame connects great even with the long distance

Great digital frame. I am loving putting old pictures in it along with music for my almost 90 year old mother. She is the only one left out of 13 snd she is lonely for her siblings.This will help with her memory issues.

The frame is nice in size and looks great. However, it is impossible to set up. You are first required to connect to a network. Once authentication completes, it immediately disconnects from the network. There is no way to move forward. This is a really expensive paperweight.

We purchased this for my Mom who is the carehome. Her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren are able to keep her up with the latest happenings in their lives. We also can send her messages to give her encouragement throughout her day.

I love it, I bought it as a gift for my father. I live so far from him, I know he will love the 15" screen.

Initial unit purchased direct from Best Buy failed after 3 months. Manuf. sent a replacement that was DOA and only showed a black screen with vertical lines. Hoping third unit will work. Many months of waiting for replacement units. I had to pay to return first bad unit. I told manuf. they could pay for the second return. Spend your money with a different manuf. This one has poor quality.

Its work for weeks, soon I got one for my mom for Mother's Day mine stop working. The screen is just blank

Another great surprise from my husband I love having this on in the evenings and I just happened to look up and there was a picture of one of my babies, even though they’re in their 20s and teens they’re still my babies and it is so emotional and sentimental to have the opportunity to just watch their pictures by definitely recommend for any moms or grandparents out there. Wonderful gift idea.

All we had to do was plug it in, download the app, create an account, and it was ready to go! We purchased this as a Christmas gift for my mother in law and we are able to post pictures to it from anywhere! It plays a little tone to let you know new pictures were posted. I sent 15 pictures and it took under a minute to send and post to the picture frame from a different town. It’s the perfect addition for anyone who loves hanging pictures but is running out of room on their walls or never has time to print them out!
