Perfect for displaying travel photos in the living
This digital frame is a great way to show off our travel photos right in the living room. The touchscreen is super easy to use, and our pictures, especially the ones from our year visiting Universal Orlando, look awesome with really vibrant colors. The interface is a little clunky, but it’s easy enough to figure out once you get it set up. Plus, features like the motion sensor, clock, and calendar are nice extras. Overall, it was a great purchase and a perfect way to keep our favorite memories on display.

Should be better for a $200 frame
Anyone else see a bright spot on the bottom of the display right of center? I took the frame back to Best Buy and checked the new one on the spot and it too had the same bright spot. We haven't really used it yet except for a little testing, so I cannot really comment much yet. I am going to contact the company about the bright spot first to see if I am going to return this for good. There are several wifi frames on the market at varying prices and this one fit the bill for it's size and remote connections at the sale price for which I got it, but I won't be truly happy until the bright spot is gone. It is noticeable on all except the brightest photos.

Push Token is empty
Says it connects to internet but then it says please connect to the internet click refresh then says push token is empty activation failed. Bought it last year and can’t return it gonna try and talk to company but only has a 1 yr warranty looks like I might be out $200. Just buy the Amazon Echo show 15 it’s the same thing really but can do more.

nice photo gallery
great screen that switches through a gallery of your photos! I've had it for almost 3 years and still working good. Although it'll occasionally stop switching through the photo gallery, you usually just have to close it and re-open it and it'll start working again for a good while

When you send a picture from a phone, can it instantly display or do you have to download, choose pic, and it displays on that menu screen? Seems like a lot of work for a grandparent? Trying to gift to an older grandma.
The picture just appear on the frame. If you set it up for them, you will see how it works. I purchased one of these frames for my aunt. My father recently passed away and she wanted all his photos and our trip photos. :-) Most of my photos were on my cell phone (iPhone) and it was very easy. I set the account up, then from the app I chose file and clicked on 8 (photos) and hit send. Then they would down load on the frame. I also tried doing one in the store as I was in there asking a question. When I got home it was uploaded. My question was could I save the photos to a USB drive. The salesman was helpful and couldn't find an answer, he seems to believe I can do this from the frame; I've email the company and waiting on a reply. The reason why I want to download the photos on to a USB are two fold should she delete them by accident she has a back up, also when I travel I want her to get the pictures on the frame. I uploaded a few videos and have over 700 photos for my Aunt. She will just have to plug it in and turn it on. Hope this reply helps

Does my elderly mom need wifi in her house in order for the frame to work or for me to send photos to it via my iPhone?
Yes, the frame needs to be connected to wifi for you to sent pictures to you via your phone. Once it is saved to the internal memory, you can run the slideshow without wifi.
