- Answer Contact [email protected]. Be sure to send the model number on the back of the frame. Send a photo of the screen, maybe 2 or 3 photos from different angles. Finally, be sure to send your proof of purchase. Our tech reps can then assign an RMA number and send you instructions on how to send that unit back for a replacement.

QuestionCan you connect to your email address instead of your phone?

- Answer Yes. But the first person who sets up the frame must use the Smart Frame app. Once they setup and assign the specific [email protected] address then others can connect to the frame using that specific frame email. Contact [email protected] for more info on how this is done and also how the first person and all additional users should setup.

- Answer This depends on the frame. Some WIFI frames (if they are the same model) will let you use the same phone app to send photos to multiple devices. In most cases though you may want to use a 32GB or smaller SD card or USB thumb drive. Be sure photos are in .jpg format. Contact [email protected] for more info.

QuestionIs this compatible with a Frameo picture frame.

- Answer No. Frameo is a different company and while some of the software may look similar the units are not compatible. Most of our units can use a 32Gb or smaller SD card or USB drive, so if you can transfer files from the Frameo to a card, then you can upload to ours. Just make sure the memory card is 32GB or smaller and the format for the photos is .jpg.

- Answer Most of our frames will begin a slideshow automatically, but the slideshow can also be started by going into the photo app and tapping on a photo to begin. Slideshows can be random or sequential and can be adjusted in settings. Contact [email protected] for more info.
