Contact [email protected]. Be sure to send the model number on the back of the frame. Send a photo of the screen, maybe 2 or 3 photos from different angles. Finally, be sure to send your proof of purchase. Our tech reps can then assign an RMA number and send you instructions on how to send that unit back for a replacement.
