Top = 20.5" wide x 11.75" tall with rounded corners. The top has a tray ledge to hold the laptop when the top is tilted. There is a smaller tray ledge to hold the mouse when the top is tilted. The top can be locked into place flat, or levers released to adjust it to incremental tilts up to about 45 degrees. The legs can be fully extended to make the top 12.75" off the ground (level top) and can be shortened in incremental heights down to 9.25" (level top). If the top is tilted to 45 degrees the front edge is 5.5" off the ground (maximum tilted top) and if the legs are fully extended, the front edge is 8.6" off the ground (maximum tilted top). The legs stand centered on two supporting feet that are 11.25" long and one inch thick. The legs fold up like a card table for easy transport. I can put it into my carry on luggage.

I use it for my Surface Pro 4 and it BARELY fits with the type cover and kickstand out, if you want to use it for a regular laptop or regular tablet then it would be perfect.

Right lip edge is 6" wide.there is about a 2 1/2" gap between the two lips on the bottom. Lowest position of legs when tilted open is 9" clearance. 12" clearance with legs fully extended. When the top is fully angled, it is probably 45 degree angle, I'm guessing.

Tilt from flat to top elevated to 30 degrees (approx) Bought 2 of these for me and my wife and we both just love them. Has usb cable to plug into your laptop to operate the cooling fan in the table top.
