This Device is a transmitter ( to send signal from a device to a Bluetooth device wireless headphones wireless speakers by pairing the devices you gain connection ) all devices must be charged first to ensure longer connections. A 3,5m output connection from a device that doesn't have Bluetooth opt. Hope this answers your question.
