“I Noted in the MENU under The SYSTEM tab is an option called sSoftware Update. I searched all over Aluratek's website to no avial for any software update. Not to mention ther ATDB01F couldn't be found anywhere on the site.”

• How do we download software updates for Aluratek HDMI Digital TV Converter Box? I just lost NBC and several other important channels and no cleaning nor moving of anything helps.
