“I bought this to use for virtual work meetings, but it produces a static buzzing sound to other viewers. I don't hear it on my end, but everyone else can when I unmute my mic. How can this buzzing sound be fixed?”

Usually this occurs when you have two microphones working at the same time. If you have a microphone on your laptop or desktop try turning it off. If that doesn't work give us a call at 866-580-1978 opt 2.
