Yes. It crashes on almost every meeting usually after 10-20min. On Teams it creates an echo and then crashes. Zoom mostly works but Google meet usually crashes. Never buying this brand again!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The webcam you have is an AWC03F. It's a great HD webcam, but be sure to connect the unit directly to your laptop. We recommend not using a USB hub or docking station unless they provide the correct power. If you are using ZOOM or other web-based apps for the webcam then make sure to clean the cache and internet clutter out of the web browser. Internet speed for video conferencing can be an issue as well. Your Intel i5 is an older dual-core chip. You will need a good connection for internet speed otherwise freezing can occur.
