“I tried using it with Zoom and it is not crystal clear as advertised. It doesn't really work at all. Are there settings I should be aware of to make it work? I reviewed the paperwork that came with it and it didn't show anything. Please advise.”

• You twist the lens just slightly. It will focus better.

• Adjust the focus by slightly turning the lens on the front of the camera. Also, check your network connections for adequate bandwidth. Restarting your computer, router and or modem may help as well.
