“I can't get the camera to focus at all. It is very blurry and hard to make out. I saw you are supposed to turn to the lens to manually focus but I can't get the lens to twist and it is not focusing at all. How do I make it focus?”

• Make sure lens cap is off. It is very difficult to turn. Clockwise to sharpen. Counterclockwise to soften.

• Focus is controlled by the lens on the front of the camera. If you cant get it to work give us a call at 866-580-1978 opt 2.
