“I can't get the camera to focus at all. It is very blurry and hard to make out. I saw you are supposed to turn to the lens to manually focus but I can't get the lens to twist and it is not focusing at all. How do I make it focus?”

Make sure lens cap is off. It is very difficult to turn. Clockwise to sharpen. Counterclockwise to soften.
