Make sure that if you have an internal microphone that it has been disabled...also make sure that in your software you are using the microphone for the camera and not the internal microphone. If you're still having trouble give us a call at 866-580-1978 opt 2.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Our Aluratek webcam with mic worked perfectly the first time and has worked perfectly ever since. The speakers are external to the computer not a part thereof. I am thrilled with the way it works on both Zoom and Teams calls.
