All you need is a USB outlet...which most laptops have several....It comes with a Bluetooth dongle. 
Plug it into a USB port, and it will sync with the headset. 
From there, you volume and such from the head set or your laptop.

it has a bluetooth adapter that comes with it if you don't have a bluetooth built in the computer
