• I as well am having this issue. I connected the headset on my IPhone and was able to mute the call. When using an internet phone or Microsoft Teams I am not able to mute the headset very disappointing as this is where it is used the most for me.

• Having the same issue with the mute button. Can get the mute to work with a MAC but not a PC or Chromebook. Reached out to tech support and was told to update the driver. Did that and it did not work and was basically told to read the directions. If anyone has figured this out, I would greatly appreciate it!

• Push the large button on the side of the headphone. This will mute your microphone but not the audio coming into the headset. If you're still having trouble give us a call at 866-580-1978 opt 2.
