yes, they charged $14.99. I felt it was worth it.

I had my new dishwasher delivered by Best Buy. I did not pay for them to install it. They did offer to pick up and dispose of the old one included in my delivery, but I was waiting for an electrician to do the install, so they did not pick up my old one. (it was still connected)
