• Yes but it’s not super effective if that is a priority. There is generally still a bit of water here and there.

• The Amana dishwasher you ask about does have a feature for drying dishes, which works when you push the "heated dry" button. This feature drys the dishes in the lower bin and the middle of the upper bin reasonably well. However, dishes on the perimeter of the upper bin will still have many droplets of water on them.
